My story begins like so many young men, with a dream and a goal. Growing up I was an idealist. I strongly belived in our governemt and our military. I belived joining the Marine Corps would bring honor to myself, my family and perhaps present the greatest challenge of my life. Ten days after high school graduation, as I boarded that bus I found out i was correct. Its been five yeasr since that day. Ive traveled the world, expernced many things few people get the chance to, some good and some bad. Met some intresting indiviaduals and discovered myself along the way. Now I find myself getting medicaly seperated with a rating of 90% from the VA, and DOD of 40%. Ive already been accepted into humbodt state university with a major in envirnemtal enginering. After completion of this degree I plan to continue to med school to pratice as an orthopedic physician.
